FAQ
Residential questions
Won't an epoxy floor yellow or peel up under hot tires?
+
Not the way we build it. Our flake floors start with a moisture vapor barrier (MVB) epoxy base and finish with a polyaspartic top coat. The polyaspartic top coat is what keeps the floor from hot-tire pickup and yellowing.
How long does install take?
+
It depends on the size and condition of your slab. We'll lay out the timing in your quote.
How soon can I walk or park on it?
+
We'll tell you the cure and return-to-use timing for the exact system on your floor.
How do I clean it?
+
Sweep or blow off debris, then mop with a mild detergent. Skip harsh solvents and abrasive pads.
Do you work on porches and patios too?
+
Yes. We coat and stain outdoor slabs like porches, patios and pool areas as well as garages and basements.
Do you do concrete overlays?
+
Yes. Overlays put a new surface over worn or damaged concrete, and we are booking overlay jobs now. Ask about it in your quote.
No more oil stains, and clean-ups are a breeze.
